Are you passionate about Latin American mission? Could you spare some time and use your skills to support Latin Link at home in Britain and Ireland? You could join our volunteering team to spread the word about Latin Link, helping to expand the work of mission in Latin America and build God’s kingdom.
Church/CU Representative
Do you like talking about the needs of people in Latin America? Are you good at organising events? Do you have lots of creative ideas? Any of these skills can be useful to help you fulfil this role, telling others about Latin Link’s work and encouraging them to give and pray. You might want to do this in your church, small group, CU or even your workplace. We can provide resources to help you spread the word about God’s work across Latin America and beyond.
Events Representative
Have you served on mission in Latin America, either with Latin Link or another organisation? Do you love talking to people about your experiences there? Could you occasionally spare a bit of time to serve on the Latin Link exhibition stand at events near you?
From university CU mission fairs, to church mission weekends, to huge events like the Big Church Day Out and Christian Resources Exhibition, we need people on the Latin Link stand to chat about mission opportunities in Latin America.
Local Prayer Group Leader
Do you know others in your local area who share your passion for Latin American mission? Are you keen to pray for God’s work across Latin America? Are you good at organising, or maybe you know someone else who could help you? We have Latin Link prayer groups meeting across the UK, to pray for the work of our members, and some of them also raise funds – and we’d love to have more! So why not explore the possibility of setting up and running a group where you live?
Volunteering in our offices
Latin Link has offices in England (Reading), Ireland (Belfast) and Scotland (Edinburgh). If you’re interested in supporting our staff team by volunteering weekly, monthly, or just occasionally, we’d love to hear from you. There are always ways to help out – whether it’s helping with the digital team, admin support, or trying your hand at a range of office ‘odd jobs’!
