Ray Miller is married to Bridget Bennett, and they are based in Rugby, UK, after serving in Costa Rica for many years.

Bridget serves part of her time with the Britain and Ireland Team as Stride placement coordinator for those serving in Latin America. She also works as student liason with the Department of Intercultural Studies of the ProMETA online university, which trains Latin Americans in cross-cultural mission, and whose head office is in Costa Rica. She communicates with and supports the students studying the Masters in Intercultural Development.

Ray serves as a member of the Latin Link International Forum and as a Trustee of Latin Link International. He also works remotely as an Academic Tutor with the interdisciplinary team of the Masters in Intercultural Development, of the ProMETA online university.
