Ray Miller is married to Bridget Bennett, and they are based in Rugby, UK, after serving in Costa Rica for many years.

Bridget serves with the Britain and Ireland Team in the role of Stride Placement Coordinator, for those serving in Latin America. This includes selection, orientation and communication with volunteers and the country teams. She serves in her local church in various ministries.

Ray will shortly be stepping down as a member of the Latin Link International Forum and as a Trustee of Latin Link International. He continues to work remotely as an Academic Tutor with the interdisciplinary team of the Department in Intercultural Studies, specifically the Masters in Intercultural Studies, of the ProMETA online university, which trains Latin Americans in cross-cultural mission, and whose head office in in Costa Rica.
