Laura is based in Belfast, and is responsible for Diaspora Research and Development, carrying out research into diaspora churches and groups in Britain and Ireland. Laura is seeking to locate and contact leaders of churches which have been set up by different nationality groups, to evaluate how Latin Link might partner with them, to encourage them in mission mobilisation and evangelism, to offer informal cross-cultural training, and to encourage their engagement with other local churches.
