Diana is the Short-Term Coordinator for the team in Colombia.

She is responsible for receiving all Step and Stride member, both from within Colombia itself and overseas. This includes organising their placements and supporting them whilst they are in country with orientation, evaluations, and mentoring. She also oversees the application processes and sending of members from Colombia to serve elsewhere.
