Paul and Ruth Turner are based in Lima, Peru.

Paul is involved in developing Christian leaders in Peru through the Arrow Leadership Programme (find out more here). He works closely with the leaderships of the International School in Arequipa and the Turmanyé (Rainbow) project in Huaraz. He is also part of the Lausanne Peru leadership.

Ruth serves on the International Core Team where she coordinates the area of member care across Latin Link. She also works alongside churches and mission agencies in Peru to develop member care resources and training for mission workers sent from Peru.
