Denise and David Flynn work in an advisory role among the Deaf community and church ministries in the UK, Bolivia, and across Latin America, teaching Christian discipleship and running Bible-training workshops in British and Bolivian sign languages for Deaf and hearing sign-language users. They also lead short-trm mission teams to Bolivia to empower the Deaf community through Christian ministry and social projects, including a church building construction.
